💍Wedding Receptions
From welcoming your guests and introducing the wedding party to speeches, cake cutting, first dances and everything in between — I’ll help keep your reception running smoothly while making sure it still feels like you.
🥂 Hens, Bridal & Pre-Wedding Events
Need someone to get the party started, coordinate activities, make announcements or keep a room full of personalities heading vaguely in the same direction? I’m in.
🎂 Milestone Birthdays & Celebrations
Big birthday? Anniversary? Family celebration? I’ll help keep the event moving while making sure the important moments don’t get lost amongst the champagne and conversations.
✨ Corporate & Special Events
Awards nights, launches, community events, presentations and special occasions — professional when it needs to be, relaxed when it doesn’t.
🖤 WHY CLARE?
I’ve spent decades speaking in front of people — from classrooms and creative workshops to public events, tv, radio, presentations and ceremonies.
I’m comfortable with a microphone, quick on my feet and not easily rattled.
I can work with a carefully planned running sheet, handle last-minute changes and read the room without making the event about me.
Because a great MC shouldn’t be the event.
They should make the event better.
And no — you don’t need to book me as your celebrant to book me as your MC.
💰 MC SERVICES
🎤 MC Add-On — $150hr *
Already booked me as your Ink & Vows celebrant?
Add MC services to your wedding booking for $150hr for up to 4 hours.
It’s a great way to create a seamless flow from ceremony to celebration — and by then, I’ll already know you, your story, your people and the vibe you’re going for.
*minimum 2 hour booking. Additional time after 4 hours: $100 per hour.
🎙️ Standalone MC — From $350*
Already have your celebrant but need someone to take the mic?
Book me as your standalone MC for weddings, milestone birthdays, hens events, celebrations, corporate functions and special occasions.
Includes consultation and event planning, preparation of your running sheet, coordination of key moments and up to 4 hours of MC services on the day/night.
* $350 for the first 2 hours, then $100 per additional hour.
🚗 Travel within the Fraser Coast region is included.
For events outside the Fraser Coast, tell me where you’re celebrating and I’ll provide a travel quote.
